Kalamazoo Antique Auto Restorers Club presents one of West Michigan's oldest and largest premiere car show events.
Held on the grounds of the Gilmore Car Museum. Guests are treated to the museum's beautiful displays of the vehicles, automobilia, antique buildings and the pristine rural countryside.
The car show itself is open to all Pre - 1989 vehicles. Clubs and individuals from all over the Midwest that have been attending for 34 years. Classic's, Modified's, Customs, Restro Rods, One of kind's, Unrestored, Cars & Truck's
Four great shows at the same time and place;
"Judged show" - See the Best of the Best - With 15 classes. 3 judged awards per class and Judged Best of show. Plus more awards!!
- "Peoples Choice Show" - with over 50 peoples choice awards. Chosen by the car owners. You will witness unique to rare cars that you have only heard about or have not seen in years.
"Boats at the Barns" Show - Is all about wooden boats. This mini show has power and sail boats from days past. And if you want to bring your classic wood boat... Let us know. We start parking them on Friday.
- "Tin Can Campers" Show - Oh yes they are there. I'm sure they will invite you to step inside their "spacious" campers...LOL
Watch antique bicycles tour the grounds. Check out the Double Decker Bus...Turn around and see the WMU sunseeker solar car...
There are also "Antique Cars for Sale"... So once you have ignited that fire to own your dream cruise... head over and negotiate for that perfect ride... Or a project car just waiting to be resurrected...
